Shipping

Made-to-order (includes custom items and any items that do not have “Ready to Ship” in their title) items currently take up to 18 working days to be made; all timescales exclude weekends and bank holidays. Once made, items are then posted via the Royal Mail option selected at checkout.

 Please note all shipping timescales are estimated by the courier and are subject to change as per their service levels and busy periods; Jazzy Garms is unable to influence these timescales.

In addition to this, please bear in mind that our “Priority” and “Fast-Track” services only reduce the duration of the making timescale and not the delivery timescale.

 Ready To Ship items despatch from our UK based studio within 1-3 working days (this excludes weekends and bank holidays) and the courier’s timescale will then run from the point of despatch.

 

Late / Lost Parcels

Please note that if you have not selected a Tracked / Signed For shipping option, and your parcel appears to be late or lost, Jazzy Garms will not be able to locate or open a claim for the parcel for you, as no tracking information will be provided by the courier.

 If a parcel’s tracking information is showing that the parcel is held up somewhere in the courier’s system and the estimated timescale of up to 7 working days has been surpassed, please email us at order@jazzygarms.com for assistance, including your order number, name and query. Please note, Jazzy Garms will not be able to open an enquiry with the courier until 14 working days after the estimated delivery date for UK orders, 20 working days for orders to Europe and 25 working days for worldwide orders.

 Please ensure you have selected the correct shipping option otherwise the order may not be processed correctly.
