We aim to deal with all order queries within 48H (not including weekends).
Please avoid emailing for an order update if the stated turnaround time (listed at the top of the website) has not yet passed. This slows us down and means that we can't get orders out as quickly!

We also try our best to reply to Instagram DMs but our inbox is often flooded so we cannot guarantee a timely reply if not via the emails above.
