HANDMADE items are shipped tracked/signed for via Royal Mail and we do not claim responsibility for lost packages, as this would need to be taken up with the carrier, especially if a tracked item has been marked as successfully delivered.
We will ship the item ONLY once payment has been confirmed.
If an item is handmade it is made to order. Please make sure that you are aware of our current made to order time (10-28 working days as of 28/02/21). Working days do not include weekends.
If you need an item urgently, it can be prioritised up to a week’s notice for an extra £10 – if you would like this service please contact us via email or instagram.
By purchasing through us, you agree that you acknowledge our turnaround time and that depending on how busy we are it can be a few days longer.
Please do not contact us for an order update if the current turnaround time estimate has not passed, otherwise this slows us down.
READY TO SHIP
Ready To Ship pieces are shipped with 1-3 working days. 1st Class or Tracked 48H (UK) or Priority International shipping. The item needs to have Ready To Ship in the title to be eligible, and the order must contain only Ready To Ship pieces to be shipped within this window.
Made-to-measure/custom sizing orders:
If you are wanting a made-to-measure size, please ONLY include: bust, waist, hip and inseam (crotch to ankle) measurements - please only provide your height if you are ordering a jumpsuit/unitard.
Also, please bear in mind that there is a £4 charge for custom sizing and that the order will take longer to make if there is a note attached. Orders with notes attached are made after all of the regular orders have been completed, so please expect a longer turnaround time.
We cannot guarantee shipping times once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, if the item has not arrived after 12 working days for UK and 20 for Europe after you have received a dispatch notification, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will contact the shipping company to locate the parcel.
We have basic tracking for most of our parcels (mostly just recorded delivery), the status being available on request.
Please ensure you have selected the correct shipping option and destination.
Untracked shipping – if you have selected the untracked shipping option, please bear in mind that we are not liable if the parcel is lost or delayed. 99% of our international parcels are successfully delivered but please be aware that there is always a risk.
Tracked & Signed For – once you order has been made and shipped we will have a tracking number available for your parcel on request. Tracked & Signed for parcels are covered in the event of loss and tend to be delivered quicker than untracked parcels.
We are not liable for import fees/tax when ordering from outside the UK, this will need to be arranged with your country’s carrier.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun being processed.
Made to order
If there is a sizing issue: we offer free alterations/sizing exchanges in under 14 days of reception. The items will need to be unworn, buyer pays return postage. As each made-to-order item takes an enormous amount of time and resources, and that each item is made specifically for each customer we do not accept returns. Please ensure that you are aware of this before purchase.
Ready to ship
If an item is Ready To Ship (therefore premade), we can accept a return. The item must be from our Ready To Ship section with “Ready To Ship” in the title, as well as unworn with tags on to be eligible. We must also receive the parcel within 14 days to be able to process the refund.
If an item has been worn/damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange/return.

If you have provided custom measurements and they are incorrect – the item is non refundable. We can still alter the item for you if it is too big (we cannot alter an item to be larger), but we will need to charge for our time depending on how extensive the alterations are (£5-15). Please ensure that you double check all requests/custom measurements provided before purchasing to avoid any issues!
Reflective items: when buying from our “Rainbow Reflective” range, you acknowledge that the fabric is not constitutively “lit up” and needs white light to become rainbow. Any bright white light or phone camera with flash will work. A refund will not be issued if you were not aware of the material’s technology.
As each piece is lovingly handmade they need to be treated as such! Our reflective fabric is made by printing the reflective ink “on” the fabric as opposed to “in”. This means that it is slightly more fragile than other fabrics. The pattern may come off with repeated friction so please be careful when wearing - that's why our range is for statement/festival wear as opposed to casual wear. Please check our Jazzy X Mellow range for more casual/hardwearing pieces.
To wash the items: please handwash each piece. If you cannot handwash, turn the item inside-out and put on a gentle cold wash. But please bear in mind that we do not take any responsibility for damage if you have machine-washed. Also, no tumble dryers!
Please contact us if the item is damaged or faulty – a return or partial refund will be accepted in this case.
