Pieces stated as Ready To Ship are shipped 1st Class within 2 working days. All other pieces are made to order with a turnaround of up to 18 working days as we are extremely busy (unless priority shipping is selected)! x

Who are we?

Jazzy Garms is a handmade-to-order business based in Bristol, UK. Most of our pieces are ethically and sustainably handmade in England within a stated turnaround time (please check store notice). We specialise in funky garms for all genders and sizes for festivals, rave and unique casual wear.

How can we get in contact?

If you have already placed an order please email for any queries. Otherwise, please email These are the only emails that we can use to deal with customer queries, our other inboxes are not monitored!

We aim to deal with all order queries within 48H (not including weekends).
We also try our best to reply to Instagram DMs but our inbox is often flooded so we cannot guarantee a timely reply if not via the emails above.

What sizes do you cater for?

We offer up to UK size 20 on our website and sizes 2 & 22 as custom sizes.
We can also do made-to-measure garments as custom sizes.

How does your Cosmic reflective fabric work?

Our Cosmic reflective fabric is printed with “rainbow reflective” ink. This reflective ink is the same used in “high-visibility” jackets, meaning that it activates with bright white light.
For the best results, look at the fabric through your phone with the flash turned on or take a picture with flash. The fabric will also reflect in lights such as car headlights and white spotlights in clubs/concerts.
In sunlight, the fabric will shift between grey and rainbow colours so it is constantly changing colour!


How does your order process work?

After receiving your order, your name will be added to a processing waiting list. It will then be cut-out, sewn and made with love. The products are then quality checked, packaged and shipped off 1st Class (UK) within our current turnaround time!

Can my order be prioritised?

If you need your order for a certain date we can prioritise your order with up to 7 days notice!
We usually ask for a £10 prioritisation fee just so that it is fair on the other customers waiting on their orders.

Do you accept returns?

As each piece is handmade specifically for each customer and to their specifications, we do not accept returns as we would not be able to sell the item on afterwards. Each piece is extremely time-consuming and costly to make so please only order an item if you want to keep it!
If there are any sizing issues, we offer a free alteration/size exchange service in under 14 days if the item is too big/needs modifications (buyer pays return postage).
We also have a detailed measurement table on our website so you can select the correct size under “Sizing”.

If an item is Ready To Ship (therefore premade), we can accept a return. The item must be from our Ready To Ship section with “Ready To Ship” in the title, as well as unworn with tags on to be eligible. We must also receive the parcel within 14 days to be able to process the refund.

If an item has been worn/damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange/return.

These items are non-returnable / non-exchangeable so please ensure you're happy with these terms to purchase the item before placing an order. 

How do I care for my Cosmic products?

As each piece is lovingly handmade they need to be treated as such! Our reflective fabric is made by printing the reflective ink “on” the fabric as opposed to “in”. This means that it is slightly more fragile than other fabrics. The pattern may come off with repeated friction so please be careful when wearing - that's why our range is for statement/festival wear as opposed to casual wear. To wash the items: please handwash each piece. If you cannot handwash, turn the item inside-out and put on a gentle cold wash. But please bear in mind that we do not take any responsibility for damage if you have machine-washed. Also, no tumble dryers!
